Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing maintenance operations, optimizing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading improvement projects in industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance 2. Optimize maintenance costs and asset lifecycle 3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations Develop the annual maintenance plan, including preventive and predictive maintenance. Optimize maintenance costs and asset lifecycle. Ensure regulatory compliance (safety, environmental, STPS). Manage equipment modernization and improvement projects. Monitor energy and utility consumption. Manage equipment calibration. Coordinate scheduled plant shutdowns. Update technical drawings and documentation. Manage facility maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, compressed air, ventilation). Coordinate response to equipment failures and unplanned plant shutdowns. Administer spare parts and maintenance inventory. Manage vendors and contractors. Ensure safe operating conditions for equipment and facilities. Implement Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and work permits. Comply with Industrial Safety Official Mexican Standards (NOM). Manage maintenance-related waste. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
