It’s a great challenge, but you’ll have the support of a world-class team that believes in helping you reach your full potential and fulfill our promises. **SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST** * Define and manage the **product backlog**, establishing priorities based on business value, commercial impact, and customer experience. * Build and communicate the **product vision** and evolutionary roadmap. * Work under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), leading ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos). * Design and evolve insurance products for the retail channel: motorcycle, home, and others, including: * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to insurance industry best practices. * Coordinate with commercial, operational, legal, technology, and external partner teams. * Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical squads. * Facilitate data-driven decision making. * Drive decisions based on data analysis and customer insights. * Identify opportunities for continuous optimization.
