**GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**
Education: Completed technical programs or ongoing/completed university degrees in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools.
Carry out maintenance activities strictly according to the maintenance schedule and accurately complete maintenance logs for proper tracking.
Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from current suppliers.
Inspect and assess facility conditions, reporting repair or improvement needs and, where applicable, proposing optimal solutions.
Guarantee and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance.
