Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer/Architect with proven experience in preliminary design and executive project development (Walmart stores), as well as strong teamwork and client communication skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preliminary design and executive project development (Walmart stores) 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Neodata 3. Teamwork ability and client communication skills Engineer or Architect, aged 25–40 years, with a minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in preliminary design and executive project development (for Walmart stores). Skills include AutoCAD drafting, Revit (BIM), modeling and rendering, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and presentation preparation. Portfolio submission required. Must demonstrate teamwork capability, ability to work under pressure, and effective client communication. Hiring: Immediate Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Languages: Spanish, English (Basic, Technical) Skills and Knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Neodata.
