




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve customer inquiries for a leading company in flexible packaging. Resolution of inquiries and complaints **Mexican company leader in the manufacturing of high-quality flexible packaging, with over 50 years in the market.** **Customer Service Representative** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and support. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and track customer orders in the ERP system. * Verify product availability and coordinate delivery dates with logistics and production. * Provide personalized assistance to each customer, resolving inquiries regarding products, services, delivery timelines, or billing. * Monitor deliveries, anticipate potential delays, and communicate solutions. * Manage changes, returns, and complaints in coordination with Quality, Warehouse, and Sales. **Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 to $18,000 * Weekly payment * Savings fund * Additional days off * In-person working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, Profit Sharing, Vacation, Vacation Bonus) * Physical food baskets twice per year * School supplies support per academic cycle (for employees with children) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
