We are looking for a person with a degree in Public Accounting Preferably with experience working in real estate agencies The position title is PROJECT CLOSER **Responsibilities include:** Making things happen The company is a prestigious architecture firm operating regionally in southeastern Mexico and expanding nationally, working with both public and private sector initiatives We seek a dynamic individual who will follow up with clients until project delivery and acceptance are finalized Each client and project has specific requirements that must be met within defined timeframes Functions Gather information to be delivered to the client Coordinate with each involved department to ensure timely receipt of information and on-time delivery of the corresponding file, avoiding delays or setbacks Issue the invoice at the appropriate time and follow up on collections according to each client’s specifications; maintain the file for each project and stay involved in its progress to support continued collections Qualities Customer service orientation; being charismatic; physically making necessary calls or visits to monitor client satisfaction and collections An attractive salary is offered Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
