Additionally, we are the leading company creating value for our customers based on our core values: ethics, responsibility, teamwork, and service orientation. **Position: Electromechanical Technician.** **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma / Technical degree in electronics, electricity, or related field. * Minimum verifiable work experience of 1 year. * Prior experience working in an industrial environment. * Complete and up-to-date documentation. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the assembly and installation of electric motors. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate various activities according to the department’s schedule. * Carry out scheduled preventive services on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic panels. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Base salary of $15,000 gross. * Bi-weekly payroll. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing payments. * 100% IMSS contributions. * Discounts on our products. * Savings fund. **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week; three rotating shifts are managed: * Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM * Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. **Work Location:** Prolongación Av.
