We are seeking a Body and Paint Advisor to provide personalized attention to our customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Main Responsibilities: Receiving damaged or accident-damaged vehicles, preparing repair orders and visual reports, coordinating with insurance companies and adjusters, liaising with parts departments and workshops, tracking repair progress, and final vehicle delivery. Requirements: • Technical high school diploma or related field (automotive engineering preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience as a service or body shop advisor at an automotive dealership. • Knowledge of collision repair, painting, DMS, CRM, and parts management. • Customer orientation, organizational skills, and effective communication. We Offer: Guaranteed salary + commissions, statutory benefits, training, and growth opportunities.
