Your primary role will be to support daily kitchen operations: Production support: Preparation of ingredients, chopping, washing, and portioning. Food preparation: Assistance on the line during service under the chef's instructions. Washing and descaling: Washing, organizing, and disinfecting tableware and utensils. Order and cleanliness: Keeping your work area clean and organized. Ingredient handling: Proper use of raw materials and equipment. Compliance with standards: Following hygiene and safety guidelines. General support: Collaborating with other departments as needed. What we look for in you Be at least 18 years old. Have valid documentation (SAT, NSS, etc.). Service-oriented attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Availability to rotate shifts. Punctuality and commitment.
