Schedule and Work Modality: * On-site. * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Key Activities and Responsibilities: * ️Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on coolers, refrigerators, and mini-split air conditioning units. * ️Carry out basic repairs on electrical and plumbing systems. * ️Perform painting tasks using a compressor. * ️Ensure optimal operation of facilities. * ️Maintain a continuous improvement and safety mindset in all tasks. Essential Requirements: * ✅Proven experience in similar positions. * ✅Solid and practical knowledge of: * ✅Basic residential/industrial electricity and plumbing. * ✅Maintenance of mini-split air conditioning units. * ✅Compressor-based painting techniques. * ✅Ability to drive a car (manual transmission). * ✅Valid driver’s license. * ✅Availability for the scheduled working hours. * ✅Immediate availability.
