Proficiency in TMS systems and transportation regulations. **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation and distribution operations, ensuring timely deliveries, route optimization, cost control, and compliance with customer service standards. **Main Responsibilities** Schedule and coordinate delivery and pickup routes. Assign vehicles and operators according to daily operations. Monitor shipments in real time (tracking). Ensure on-time delivery performance. Manage in-transit incidents (delays, accidents, returns). Coordinate transportation documentation (waybills, invoices, etc.). Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Verify compliance with transportation regulations (SCT). Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. **Responsibilities** Compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Optimization of logistics costs (fuel, tolls, idle time). Cargo and operator safety. Fleet control and administration (owned or outsourced). Legal compliance in transportation matters. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** On-time delivery service level. Cost per kilometer / cost per trip. Vehicle utilization rate. Incident or accident rate. National geography and highway network. **Education and Experience** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 2–5 years in transportation or traffic operations. Experience in 3PL companies. **Working Conditions** Operational-administrative work. Flexible schedule availability (including weekends or on-call duties). Work under pressure due to delivery deadlines.
