At the CHEDRAUI Teoloyucan Distribution Center (CEDIS), we are seeking an **Order Picker** for the following location: **Carretera Cuautitlán Zumpango Lote 25 Mz 825, MEX 35 36, San Juan, 54760 Teoloyucan, Méx.** Minimum Education Level: Completed Secondary School, Experience: Minimum 6 months, operation of hydraulic pallet trucks, handheld/zebra scanners, and bulk product loading/unloading; pallet building; numerical aptitude; merchandise counting; and product classification. **Medical Requirements:** **No sprains, fractures, or recent injuries impairing mobility; no surgeries performed within the last 6 months** **Key Responsibilities:** * Product assembly (stacking, palletizing, stretch-wrapping) * Box picking * Merchandise classification according to product code * Proper arrangement of merchandise * Scanning of merchandise for accurate distribution **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off; flexible availability (including shifts up to 12 hours per operation); monthly rotation among the following shifts: * Morning shift: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. * Night shift: 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $11,900\.00, paid weekly every Friday via Santander payroll. * Grocery vouchers worth $460\.00 monthly \+ 3\.5% of base salary * Productivity incentive ranging from $300 to $1,500 monthly, starting one month after successful completion of training; subject to attendance-related incidents (absences, tardiness) * Bonus of $4,500, disbursed in three installments: * \- First payment: $1,500 after 30 days from contract signing\- Second payment: $1,500 after 60 days from contract signing\- Third payment: $1,500 after 90 days from contract signing * **\*Bonus is forfeited entirely upon occurrence of even one absence or incident** * **IMSS** * **INFONAVIT** * **FONACOT** * **12 DAYS OF ANNUAL VACATION** * **CHRISTMAS BONUS (AGUINALDO): 30 DAYS' WAGES** * **VACATION PREMIUM: 25%** * **SUNDAY PREMIUM: 25%** * **PROFIT-SHARING** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MAY APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL** Salary: Starting at $11,900\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
