The purpose of this position is to ensure inventory reliability through operational audits, movement control, variance analysis, and supervision of warehouse processes. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory and warehouse operations • Experience in 3PL logistics companies • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or inventory management systems • Intermediate Excel skills • Availability to work on a mixed shift • Analytical ability and operational leadership skills Main Responsibilities: • Supervise cycle counts and physical inventories • Coordinate operational audits • Validate system-recorded movements and locations • Prepare inventory reports and KPIs • Supervise the inventory team and control desk • Follow up on operational incidents We Offer: • Monthly salary: $15,000 • Biweekly pay • Savings fund • Preventive medical coverage • Birthday day off • Excellent working environment Work Location: El Peral Industrial Park. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, responsible person, manager, captain
