Management of human resources, contractors, and suppliers for installations A prominent construction company is seeking: Facilities Engineer Work Location: Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan de Juárez Requirements: Civil, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license) 4 years of experience managing installations (electrical, hydrosanitary, and stormwater) in executive construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Advanced Steel, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Construction Cloud Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software Knowledge of Public Works Law and Construction Regulations Responsibilities: Design, calculate, and model the construction of installations (electrical, hydrosanitary, and stormwater) to ensure functionality, efficiency, and safety. Develop maintenance programs for installations (electrical, hydrosanitary, and stormwater) and their associated equipment. Identify, in coordination with other departments, installations related to each project. Schedule, in coordination with other departments, the allocation of resources for installations in each project. Collaborate in developing plans and programs for the department. Collaborate in defining performance indicators for the department. Participate in planning to identify new processes, materials, and tools for design, cost estimation, and construction. Manage assigned human resources, contractors, and suppliers for installation works. Conduct periodic inspections of installations to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations. Monitor, in coordination with the Safety Supervisor, strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations. Provide technical support and guidance on installation-related matters to other departments. Track implementation of actions to achieve performance indicators. Submit progress and achievement reports against planned and scheduled objectives, explain results, and propose improvement options where applicable.
