Job Summary: A major pharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of processes, medication dispensing, and inventory control, while coordinating assigned personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the proper receipt and registration of medications and supplies. 2. Supervises the correct dispensing and inventory management. 3. Trains and coordinates pharmacy staff. **JOIN OUR TEAM!!!** A REPUTABLE PHARMACEUTICAL SUBCONTRACTED COMPANY IS SEEKING: **PHARMACY SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in this position * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Clinical Chemistry (QFB), or Industrial Pharmacy (QFI) (degree certificate and professional license) * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of medication dispensing * Valid SICAD registration **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Ensure proper execution of receipt and registration processes for medications and other health-related supplies arriving at the pharmacy. * Ensure proper dispensing of medications in the pharmacy. * Coordinate with pharmacy dispensers to conduct inspections of all medications, correct labeling, and proper arrangement. * Ensure inventory control of high-cost products (cold chain and oncology), high-cost items, and high-risk items. * Supervise proper handling, storage, and floor-stock utilization control. * Train assigned personnel. * Supervise timely and accurate fulfillment of all stages of the dispensing process for hospital prescriptions, free-pharmacy prescriptions, human reproduction prescriptions, infectious disease prescriptions, and collective vouchers. **WE OFFER**: **Salary: $16,100 monthly gross** \+ Capped food vouchers * Bi-weekly payment via Santander payroll * Statutory benefits from day one * Savings fund * Lab coats **LOCATION**: National Institute of Perinatology Isidro Espinosa de los Reyes **SCHEDULE**: 7:00 AM \- 3:00 PM / 1:00 PM \- 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekend day off If you are interested in this vacancy, please apply through this channel with your updated CV.
