Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone collections. * Experience handling intermediate or charged-off delinquencies. * Experience with Fintech and banking portfolios. * Proven results orientation and recovery performance. * Gender-neutral **Responsibilities:** * Strong negotiation skills * Results orientation * Stress tolerance * Persistence and discipline * Effective communication * Active listening * Focus on goal achievement * Self-management **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,750.00 NET monthly. * Bonuses (Punctuality and attendance: $400 monthly, $200 biweekly). * Referral bonus: $500 for referring friends, family, etc., upon completion of 15 days of employment. * ELITE Bonus: $1,000, disbursed as $500 every two weeks. **Schedules:** 1. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 2. 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturdays: Any weekday-selected schedule between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,750.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
