Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or related field; degree must be completed. Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources within retail or manufacturing companies; knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience supporting audits. Knowledge requirements: Full payroll cycle, * (Nomipaqi software proficiency), attendance incidents, attendance controls, medical leaves, ST7 and ST2 forms, ISUA and IDSE management (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, Workers' Risk Premium submissions), IMSS portal management and incident handling (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, Workers' Risk Premium submissions, employer letters, REPSE \- ICSOE, CSF), INFONAVIT portal management (employee support including credit tracking, REPSE \- SISUB, CSF), FONACOT portal management (employee support including credit tracking and payments), 3% tax calculation on payroll. * Labor relations. * End-to-end recruitment. * Training, DNC, training calendar, DC1 to DC4 forms, SIRCE system, applicable regulations, performance evaluations. * Workplace climate and culture. * Safety and hygiene, inspections to identify unsafe conditions and acts, provision of PPE.
