Maintains attendance and schedule records for associates to feed the system. **REQUIREMENTS:** Must be at least 18 years of age. Gender: Unrestricted. High school diploma completed. Availability to work weekends and rotate shifts. **EXPERIENCE IN:** – Proficient use of Microsoft Office. – Experience with Human Resources systems. – Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (preferred). – Payroll, severance settlement, and administrative tasks. – SUA and IMSS processes (preferred). – Ability to manage Human Resources processes. – Familiarity with recruitment sources.
