Responsibilities * Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Mexico, Chile, and Peru markets. * Lead end-to-end management of the LATAM Sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and targets. * Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, establishing clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans. * Lead B2B consultative sales processes, including complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. * Collaborate closely with the Presales team to prospect new markets, accounts, and opportunities. * Drive business development initiatives and commercial expansion. * Define and monitor commercial metrics, forecasting, pipeline, and team performance. * Coordinate strategies with the Marketing team to generate demand, strengthen positioning, and grow the pipeline. * Ensure proper use and adoption of the CRM (Salesforce) for tracking opportunities, metrics, and reporting. * Analyze commercial results and propose continuous improvements to processes, structure, and strategy. * Serve as the commercial reference point for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements * Experience: minimum 6 years in commercial roles, with a proven track record leading sales teams. * Experience leading B2B consultative sales in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or B2B platforms. * Strong experience in complex sales involving multiple decision-makers and C-Level executives. * Proven leadership of results-driven commercial teams focused on regional growth. * Knowledge and experience in: Commercial strategy, business development, commercial metrics and tracking, collaboration with Marketing. * CRM management (Salesforce). * Ability to define processes, scale teams, and structure commercial areas. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Academic background: Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced English (desirable).
