Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Workshop Quality Control professional with automotive industry experience, responsible for ensuring repair quality and process compliance. Ensuring repair quality and process compliance Authorized distributor **CHEVROLET** is currently seeking a **SERVICE WORKSHOP QUALITY CONTROL** **(AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY)** ***Profile:*** \* Technical degree in Administration, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; either currently enrolled or graduated \* 1 year of experience conducting quality inspections on service workshop work \* Tracking vehicle returns to the service workshop \* Knowledge of ISO certifications or automotive brand certifications \* Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate Excel) · **Mandatory: AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE** ***Competencies:*** * Teamwork * Compliance with Standards * Perseverance * Adherence to Processes ***Responsibilities:*** \* Identify job completion and perform physical inspections using the Incident Checklist to validate mechanical repairs and proper vehicle washing. \* Verify that repairs are carried out using genuine parts and that production areas operate under optimal conditions. \* Identify opportunities for improvement regarding workshop organization and supervise implementation of the 5S methodology. \* Identify deviations in the service process and generate findings reports highlighting the most common errors detected among technicians and washers. * Maintain the current Service Center Return Log. * Check the status of each vehicle within the workshop to anticipate which units will require quality inspection. * Ensure that customer belongings registered upon vehicle intake remain in the vehicle at the time of release. * Support logistics for vehicle reception and delivery when customer flow exceeds the capacity of the consultant team. ***We Offer:*** * Monthly salary of $9,500.00 to $9,501.00 gross plus commissions * Statutory benefits * Training * Flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday If you are interested and meet the above requirements, please send your updated CV via this platform or to the email address recursoshumanos@americasgm.com.mx Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 – $9,501.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site
