Job Summary: Validate and audit the proper preparation and documentary compliance of import and export customs entries, ensuring adherence to current customs regulations and minimizing risks. Continuous updating on regulatory changes OBJECTIVE: \*Validate and audit the correct preparation, classification, and documentary compliance of import and export customs entries, ensuring adherence to current customs regulations, minimizing fiscal risks, operational errors, and contingencies before customs authorities. ACTIVITIES: 1 Review and validate import and export customs entries. 2 Verify correct tariff classification of goods. 3 Validate compliance with non-tariff regulations and restrictions (NTRR). 4 Review supporting documentation (invoices, BL, AWB, certificates, permits). 5 Validate correct calculation of foreign trade duties and taxes. 6 Identify errors in declared data (value, origin, tariff heading, quantities). 7 Validate compliance with the Customs Law and the General Foreign Trade Rules. 8 Audit information entered into customs systems. 9 Identify fiscal and operational risks prior to customs entry validation. 10 Coordinate corrections with traffic, classification, and documentation departments. 11 Issue observations and technical feedback. 12 Follow up on corrections until operation closure. 13 Validate criteria applied in special operations. 14 Support responses to official requests and audits. 15 Compile complete files for review and backup. 16 Maintain documentary control and traceability of operations. 17 Continuously update knowledge of regulatory changes. 18 Support prevention of customs contingencies. \*Education: International Trade\|International Business \| Customs Law \| International Logistics Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
