Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations and Quality Supervisor to lead, structure, and control the garment production operation, ensuring efficient and continuous execution. Optimize processes and collaborate with involved departments Fashion Manufacturing is a prominent Mexican fashion brand established in 1985\. Our primary objective is to deliver apparel that blends comfort, durability, and style—capturing the essence of the Mexican woman. We seek an Operations and Quality Supervisor focused on leading, structuring, and controlling the company’s entire garment production operation within the fashion manufacturing context, ensuring efficient, continuous, and frictionless execution from planning through final delivery. **Responsibilities** 1\. Plan, coordinate, and supervise end-to-end production 2\. Be responsible for continuous monitoring of production at each stage 3\. Coordinate directly and consistently with subcontractors (maquiladores) 4\. Ensure adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules 5\. Track progress of each order with subcontractors promptly 6\. Identify production deviations and implement corrective actions 7\. Optimize workload allocation among subcontractors 8\. Implement process improvements using methodologies such as Six Sigma 9\. Establish controls to enhance quality and reduce errors 10\.
