Experience: * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the role of SENIOR COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE. * Mandatory experience selling core freight forwarding services: ocean, air, and land transportation. * Customer service experience. * Problem-solving experience. Knowledge: * Commercial area expertise in consultative service sales. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365®. * Knowledge of international trade and Incoterms®. Skills: * Negotiation * Customer service orientation * Communication * Organization * Adaptability * Teamwork * Emotional intelligence * Stress management * Time self-management Your responsibilities will include: * Developing new business. * Prospecting clients through a consultative sales process. * Negotiating with clients to close sales. * Managing a client portfolio to maintain and grow accounts. * Monitoring and fulfilling customer needs throughout the entire commercial process. * Managing your schedule and cultivating relationships with clients and prospects to build and sustain trustworthy business relationships. * Achieving established KPI-based objectives and commercial targets. * Preparing reports and activity summaries both within and outside the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up on prospects and clients in your portfolio. * Researching and/or staying informed about trends and dynamics in the logistics industry.
