




Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Customer Service Representative to manage national and international accounts, ensuring timely order processing and resolution of operational incidents. Collaborates with logistics and supply chain. We are looking for a **Level 1 Customer Service Representative** who manages national and international accounts of medium complexity. This person will play a key role in ensuring timely order processing, responding to daily inquiries, and resolving operational incidents with greater autonomy than an entry-level role. The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve most cases independently, escalating only strategic or highly complex issues. **Responsibilities** * Manage accounts and orders (national and international, mid-level). * Enter and track quotations, orders, and returns in ERP and CRM systems. * Respond to frequent requests: delivery updates, documentation, and order adjustments. * Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment. * Monitor satisfaction of assigned customers and proactively follow up. * Identify patterns in recurring issues and propose improvements together with the senior team. * Support entry-level colleagues by sharing knowledge and practical solutions. * Maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and internal departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree or technical program preferred). * 1\-3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles managing national accounts and some international accounts. * Proven ability to manage high volumes of orders accurately. * Organizational and multitasking skills in dynamic environments. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience with any ERP system (JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP) is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems. (Desirable) * Knowledge of international trade processes. (Desirable) * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
