Ongoing staff training Hospital San Ángel Inn Satelite seeks expansion **CLEANING SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma * Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one fixed day off per week * Work location: Satélite, Naucalpan * Experience in hotels (housekeeping attendant) **OBJECTIVE:** To verify compliance with procedures and controls that enable optimization of human and material resources through assigned services, while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to applicable environmental regulations and legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign staff to areas according to operational needs. * Provide cleaning supplies and materials to staff. * Conduct ongoing staff training. * Serve as liaison to review pending tasks from the previous shift. * Conduct inspections across all areas, sign and review staff activity reports. * Generate occupancy reports every three hours and deliver them to Admissions. * Conduct regular cleaning inspections and sign related forms. * Deliver ice upon request. * Archive supervision and staff activity forms. * Respond promptly to service calls. * Receive and archive forms at the end of each shift. * Report and follow up on maintenance, biomedical, and systems incidents **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance at preferential rates * Direct employment contract with the company * Job stability * Career growth
