Responsibilities * **Project management**: Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives. * **Deliverables supervision**: Track progress, control quality, and guarantee successful project closures. * **Team coordination**: Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution. * **KPI analysis**: Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategies for continuous improvement. * **Event management**: Coordinate logistics, content, and vendors for large-scale events. * **Client relations**: Maintain constant communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills under pressure. * Proficiency in digital tools for project tracking and data analysis.
