Collaborative and proactive work **Job Description:** We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with experience in **PMO/Agile project management**, capable of leading technology initiatives from inception to completion. The role’s objective is to develop scalable solutions and ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of outputs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Web application development (frontend and backend). * Creation of APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. * Design and optimization of SQL databases. * Integration with external systems (APIs, webhooks). * Project management: scope, schedule, risks, and changes. * Coordination with Development, QA, Design teams, and stakeholders. * Backlog management, sprint execution, and Agile methodology implementation. * Technical documentation and code reviews. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * 3–5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer. * Experience leading technology projects. * Knowledge of PMO, PMI, Agile, or Scrum. * Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java. * Experience with SQL, Git, and tools such as Jira/Asana/Monday/MS Project. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Organization and prioritization. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Collaborative work and proactivity.
