Requirements **Essential Skills** * Previous experience as a Functional Analyst, Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, databases, log and workflow analysis). * Ability to document technical and functional requirements. * Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with both technical and non\-technical teams. * Organizational, tracking, and prioritization skills. * Proactive and willing to investigate, ask questions, and escalate issues when necessary. **Desirable Skills** * Experience in requirements gathering for integrations or technology projects. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). * Basic log reading and debugging skills. * Interest in career advancement to architecture, development, or technical leadership. **Soft Skills** * Effective and assertive communication. * Analytical and critical thinking. * Collaborative work and empathy with diverse teams. * Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. * Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
