We are seeking talent for training. Job Responsibilities: Deliver onboarding and development courses. Incident tracking and management. Implementation and evaluation of the learning process. Providing feedback to course participants. Developing various appropriate support materials tailored to the target department. Delivering courses to operational and administrative staff. Requirements: Experience (preferred) in call center operations and knowledge of financial products. Minimum verifiable training experience: 1 year. Age: 23 to 45. We Offer: Basic benefits.
