Your objective will be to support the execution of all system processes to ensure the proper functioning of our inbound and outbound VOIP platforms. You will report directly to the Network/VOIP Manager. What will you do on a daily basis? (Key Responsibilities): Configuration and Maintenance: Support the installation and configuration of VOIP dialing systems such as Vicidial, Elastic, and Isabel. Manage trunk configurations (IP, E1\) and channels (inbound/outbound). Configure call routing, IVRs, dialing plans, and softphone terminals. Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and profiles on dialing servers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers. Monitoring and Support: Actively monitor call quality, the local telephony network, and service-level agreements (SLAs) of providers. Provide immediate solutions to call-related issues. Monitor telephony security. Analysis and Reporting: Generate telephony consumption reports (CDR) and telephony performance reports. Propose improvements to optimize and streamline departmental processes. Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
