Join our team! **Benefits for selected employees include**: * Direct employment by the company. * Base salary * Statutory benefits: IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus. * Life insurance \+ death benefit support * Ongoing training via an online platform offering over 15,000 courses available in multiple languages. * Remote psychological, medical, nutritional, legal, financial, and veterinary consultations * Wellhub: Corporate wellness program providing access to gyms, online classes, nutritionists, and more. * Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus **What this job entails:** Supporting maintenance management within the client’s facilities. * **Work location**: Calzada Tlalpan, San Diego Churubusco, Coyoacán, CDMX * **Work schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with availability to rotate shifts when required * **Gross Weekly Salary:** $8,166\.66 gross weekly (from which ISR and IMSS deductions apply) * **Work modality**: On-site **What does your day-to-day look like?** * Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on material handling equipment using appropriate work plans, procedures, and manuals * Maintenance and repair of distribution center racking systems * Complete preventive maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures * Track and store departmental inventory, including spare parts * Perform maintenance and troubleshoot basic robotics and robotic work cells * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to all components of material handling equipment * Maintain and troubleshoot motors, photo eyes, relays, proximity sensors, solenoids, motor starters, tachs, etc. * Assist with basic electronics / programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting. **Desired Experience and Technical Skills** * Education: Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering degree * 8 years of experience in the following areas: * Fire protection systems * HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) * Plumbing * Basic industrial electricity (NOT control): 120V, 220V, 480V, 3-phase * Water pumping systems * Automated conveyor systems and controls * Repair of material handling equipment * Mechanical or electrical field * Safety standards for material handling equipment * Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Robotic operation/maintenance If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
