* ***We are looking for an Art Director \- Senior Designer!*** Objective: Your role is to visualize and direct the aesthetic conceptualization of creative initiatives such as marketing campaigns, digital interface design, editorial materials, or print pieces—serving as the reference point and starting point for the artistic vision at every project phase. This professional translates concepts and strategies into visual solutions, ensuring the project leaves a distinctive and harmonious impression; capable of integrating technological innovation and artistic sensitivity to create visually effective and strategically impactful experiences. Profile: ● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency, preferably BTL. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and After Effects. ● Specific knowledge: Print output, typography, color, composition, and branding. ● Visual aesthetic sense applied to communication objectives; and meticulous attention to detail. ● Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and service-minded. ● Timely follow-up on requests. ● Willingness and ability to learn; and mastery of technical graphic design terminology. Responsibilities: ● Supervise and guide the visual aspects of a project, leading the creative process from start to finish. ● Establish a creative vision and visual style. ● Make decisions regarding visual elements, which artistic styles to use, and when to apply motion. ● Create sketches for website pages, brochures, iconography, and any other required marketing materials. ● Design materials for corporate events, trade fairs, and presentations—including banners and promotional items. ● Develop multiple design pieces tailored for various media (print, environmental, digital). ● Research design-related trends: typography, color, composition, and branding. ● Conceptualize ideas from scratch. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines. ● Deliver high-quality outputs on time and as requested. ● Provide creative proposals when necessary.
