* ***We are looking for an Art Director \- Senior Designer!*** Objective: Your role is to conceptualize and direct the aesthetic vision of creative initiatives such as marketing campaigns, digital interface design, editorial materials, or print pieces — serving as the reference point and starting foundation for the artistic vision at every project phase. This professional translates concepts and strategies into visual solutions, ensuring that each project leaves a distinctive and harmonious impression; capable of integrating technological innovation and artistic sensibility to create visually compelling and strategically effective experiences. Profile: ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director at an advertising agency, preferably BTL. ● Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and After Effects. ● Specific knowledge: Print production, typography, color theory, composition, and branding. ● Strong visual aesthetic sense aligned with communication objectives; meticulous attention to detail. ● Creative, proactive, results-oriented, and service-minded. ● Timely follow-up on requests. ● Willingness and ability to learn; fluency in graphic design technical terminology. Responsibilities: ● Oversee and guide all visual aspects of a project, leading the creative process from inception to completion. ● Establish a creative vision and consistent visual style. ● Make decisions regarding visual elements, artistic styles, and when to apply motion graphics. ● Produce sketches for website layouts, brochures, iconography, and any other required marketing materials. ● Design materials for corporate events, trade shows, and presentations — including banners and promotional items. ● Develop multiple design assets tailored for various media (print, environmental, digital). ● Research design-related trends: typography, color, composition, and branding. ● Conceptualize original ideas from scratch. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. ● Deliver high-quality outputs on time and as requested. ● Provide creative proposals, if needed.
