




Job Summary: An automotive dealership is seeking a BDC Manager to execute call systems, telephone scripts, and synchronize customer information flow for sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement inbound calling techniques The automotive dealership is seeking your talent as: BDC MANAGER Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) * Experience: 1–2 years in a similar position Responsibilities: * Execute the inbound call system in the Sales department and track customers within the BDC and dealership to generate prospect traffic on the sales floor. * Learn and apply telephone call guidelines and inbound call scripts to ensure proper prospect engagement and accurate identification of prospect needs. * Develop and implement a system for the correct use and development of inbound calling techniques. * Synchronize customer information flow from those visiting the sales floor to sales advisors to ensure proper advisor engagement and build trust with customers. * Execute the implementation and training of telephone guidelines for follow-up of Unsold Customers and Floor Customers. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
