Job Summary: Monitors logistics routes, manages deviations and incidents, and ensures proof of delivery (POD) to optimize operations. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment requiring prioritization and discipline **What will you do in this role?** * Monitor active routes (departures, progress, stops, ETA, sequence, and status). * Detect deviations and manage exceptions: delays, stagnations, rejections, and retries. * Escalate incidents with clear context: what happened, impact, and recommended action. * Record, classify, and track incidents to closure. * Validate and ensure proof of delivery (POD). * Maintain up-to-date statuses in TMS and logs. * Prepare operational reports (start-up, cut-offs, and closure). * Identify recurring patterns and propose operational improvements. **What we are looking for** * Experience in logistics monitoring, last-mile operations, or control tower environments. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, data cleaning). * Clear communication skills and sense of urgency. * Ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments. * Order and discipline to maintain reliable traceability. **What we offer** * Gross monthly salary of $10,400 * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Corporate cafeteria discount Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $10,000\.00 \- $10,400\.00 per month Work Location: In person
