Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an analyst, warehouse supervisor, inventory specialist, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Experience with at least one ERP system, conflict resolution skills, intermediate Excel proficiency including pivot tables. Preferred experience in consumer goods, e-commerce, technology, or related industries. Responsibilities: Coordinate, supervise, and verify the receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods. Coordinate detailed incoming goods receipt. Supervise proper storage and safeguarding of merchandise according to the established FIFO system. Supervise correct labeling of merchandise. Conduct sampling and photography of merchandise, sharing information with relevant departments. Ensure 100% inventory reconciliation. Adhere to and implement company-standardized processes for service application within the module. Maintain constant communication regarding incidents with store personnel. Submit all company-mandated reports to respective departments timely and accurately. Accurately enter merchandise data into the system, track cashiers and sales reconciliations.
