Job stability Company dedicated to the distribution of construction materials and equipment Hiring: **Procurement personnel** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree in Accounting, Bachelor's in Accounting, Administration, or related field * **Experience:** 1 year in quotations * Proficiency in **ASPEL system** or similar (6 months preferred) * Knowledge of **basic accounting** * **Basic Excel skills** **Responsibilities:** * Supplier follow-up * Requesting appropriate quotations from suppliers for purchases * Communicating with commercial executives regarding quotations * Preparing and analyzing budgets for electrical materials, medium-voltage equipment, plumbing, and/or construction * Interfacing with suppliers and/or material subcontractors related to the industry * Determining shipping and installation costs * Validating and following up with production on manufacturing timelines * Preparing quotations * Sourcing new suppliers **Offer:** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium) * Profit sharing * Gross monthly salary of $11,000.00 * Weekly payments * Job stability * Professional development * Economic growth **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Quotations: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
