Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with strong experience in end-to-end construction project management, supervision, and administration, ensuring budget compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent opportunities for professional growth. **Architect** ***Mandatory strong experience in full-cycle construction projects, from inception to completion; experience in residential housing and/or residential subdivisions is desirable.*** **Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering** Desirable proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite. Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct experience on residential housing, residential subdivisions, shopping centers, etc. *Mandatory* ***strong experience in full-cycle construction projects*** *and residence in the Northern Zone of the State of México (Tlalnepantla, Atizapán, Naucalpan, Cuautitlán Izcalli)* Work generation / Cost estimation / Material quantification. Interaction with suppliers and contractors (local suppliers preferred). Field surveys / Preparation of reports (photographic and progress reports). **Mandatory experience in construction administration and supervision.** **Ensure proper budget implementation.** Hand-drawn surveys. Preparation of itemized cost catalogs. Preparation of renderings and drawings.
