Activities: * Manage assigned personnel. * Develop and train assigned personnel. * Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires. * Safeguard confidential formula information in digital format. * Perform nomenclature and train personnel with access to this information. * Align proposals with Ambienta molecule. * Ensure product development, evaluation, and performance. * Delegate and coordinate activities related to active projects with the team and track progress.
