This position will be critical in ensuring software quality, optimizing testing processes, and enhancing the stability of developed solutions. What will you do in this role? * Design and execute automated testing strategies. * Develop comprehensive, structured test plans aligned with project objectives. * Analyze functional and technical requirements to identify potential risks. * Coordinate and plan testing activities in agile environments. * Identify, document, and track defects to resolution. * Collaborate closely with developers and Project Managers to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Monitor quality metrics and generate executive reports. * Perform root cause analysis and propose continuous process improvements. * Support training on quality best practices when required. Candidate Profile * More than 3 years of experience in Automated QA. * Proven experience working with development teams. * Proficiency with tools such as **Selenium**, **Cucumber**, or similar. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
