Let me share some additional information. **Essential Requirements:** * +5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably completed residential properties such as apartments or houses. * Experience in pre-sales. **Position Objective:** Manage and operate the marketing of mixed-use development projects in the city of Orizaba, Veracruz. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * In-depth knowledge of the commercial process in apartment pre-sales, including necessary documentation for transactions and legal implications. * Experience in property closing/title processing and mortgage financing, etc. * Be in charge of the sales center to ensure an excellent sales experience. * Manage the sales team responsible for handling prospects and/or external brokers. * Attend to prospects interested in the project.
