Metalworking company is seeking a Construction Site Supervision Assistant. **Position Objective** Assist the Construction Site Supervisor in coordinating, controlling, and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and established timelines, to contribute to the efficient development of the project. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in daily supervision of construction activities. * Verify compliance with technical specifications in executed work. * Support coordination of operational staff and contractors. * Prepare daily progress reports, incident records, and identified needs. * Review proper execution of finishes and construction details. * Follow up on instructions and orders from the Construction Site Supervisor. **Education:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (desirable). **Experience:** * 1 to 2 years in similar positions or internship experience in construction supervision (desirable). **Knowledge:** * Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Material and equipment control. * Basic construction site safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork and operational support. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Job Conditions** * Travel availability required Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
