We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Admissions Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the effective management of new student enrollment. **Position Objective** \- Develop and implement strategies to promote the school, drive enrollment, and manage the admissions process. **Position Responsibilities** \- * Manage the entire admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment. * Conduct personalized information sessions for parents, including campus tours and Q&A. * Develop and implement student recruitment and retention strategies. * Establish partnerships and maintain relationships with feeder schools. * Analyze admissions data to assess strategy effectiveness and support data-driven decision-making. * Monitor budgets for recruitment activities, discounts, etc. * Collaborate on developing advertising campaigns, social media content, website materials, and promotional assets. * Foster a collaborative work environment with administrative and academic staff * of the school. *  Achieve commercial targets. * NOTE \- The listed duties are illustrative, not exhaustive\*\*\*\*\* **Position Profile** \- \*\* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, \*\* Communications, Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field. \*\* Proficiency in English. \*\* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/commercial roles. \*\* Proven experience of at least 2 years in marketing or admissions roles, preferably within an educational setting. **Competencies** \- Planning and organization Communication and proactive listening Decision-making Data analysis Self-management and self-motivation Results orientation Honesty Responsibility Commercial mindset Employment type: Full-time Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: Admissions or marketing: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: English (Recommended) Work location: On-site employment JOIN OUR TEAM — SUBMIT YOUR CV TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW!!
