Collaborates with business units and technical teams to assess information, ensure data quality, and develop analytical models and reports using agile methodologies. Requirements **Essential Responsibilities** * Advanced data analysis to interpret complex information and deliver actionable insights for decision-making. * Design, construction, and operation of data flows and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring integrity, efficiency, and scalability. * Development and optimization of complex SQL queries on large-scale datasets (BigQuery), integrating multiple data sources. * Evaluation, validation, and assurance of data quality throughout the analytical lifecycle. * Design of analytical and BI data models (logical and semantic) oriented toward analytics and consumption in executive reporting. * Creation and refinement of executive dashboards and reports in BI tools, targeted at leadership audiences. * Clear and structured documentation of data flows, models, and analytical processes to facilitate maintenance and scalability. * Translation of business requirements into analytical and BI solutions, collaborating with technical teams and executive stakeholders. **Technical Skills** * Advanced data analysis. * Advanced SQL (BigQuery). * Design and operation of ETL/ELT processes. * Analytical and BI data modeling. * Data visualization with an executive focus. * Programming applied to data analysis (Python or similar language). * Strong knowledge of statistics and probability. * Experience working in cloud environments (GCP). **Soft Skills** * Strong analytical ability. * Structured thinking. * Self-management and work organization. * Clear communication with technical teams and executives. * Ability to translate business needs into data solutions. * Technical leadership (desirable). **Experience** * Proven experience in data analysis and ETL pipeline development. * Experience developing complex and optimized SQL queries on large-scale datasets. * Practical experience with ETL tools (preferably Dataiku) for data preparation, transformation, and orchestration. * Experience designing data models that feed reports and dashboards. * Experience creating executive dashboards and visualizations in BI tools (Power BI or others). * Experience working with GCP and BigQuery. * Experience integrating data from multiple sources (databases, CSV, Excel, flat files). * Experience collaborating under agile methodologies (SCRUM) (desirable). **Tools:** * Office Suite * SQL * BigQuery * Python * Power BI / Looker * ETL/ELT tools for pipeline construction and operation (preferably Dataiku) Profile **SENIOR CONSULTANT** Location **Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, Mexico (Hybrid)** Experience **4 Years of Experience** o
