Propose continuous improvements and present progress to stakeholders **Job Description** ---------------------- A DevOps leader who bridges business and technology, designs cloud and e-commerce solutions, leads teams, and enhances customer experience. What will you do in this role? Lead and coordinate technical teams (supervising 4 people) Act as a bridge between business and technology Design solutions to improve metrics and optimize costs Manage projects using agile methodologies (daily stand-ups, tracking, deliverables) Present progress and results to stakeholders Negotiate with vendors and internal departments Propose continuous improvements to customer experience Handle critical incidents (occasionally on weekends) We offer a hybrid work schedule: part of your day will be spent at the Mario Pani Corporate Office (Santa Fe), and the afternoon remotely: Monday to Thursday: Corporate office 7:00–13:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday 7:00–13:00 hrs. Monday to Thursday: Corporate office 8:00–14:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday 8:00–14:00 hrs. Monday to Thursday: Corporate office 9:00–14:30 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday 9:00–14:30 hrs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or Salesforce consulting * Knowledge of Service Cloud, Apex LWC, and Lightning Web Components * Experience in SQL and backend development (Java preferred) * DevOps monitoring, management, and automation * Advanced English * Experience managing technology projects * Leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams * Effective communication with business stakeholders * Negotiation and decision-making skills * Strategic thinking **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira To apply, you only need the following: 1\.
