




**Location:** Guadalajara, Mexico **Department:** National Operations / Warehousing **Reports to:** National Operations Lead **Type:** Full\-time Position Purpose Ensure proper follow\-up, coordination, and control of warehousing operations across multiple clients and third\-party providers, guaranteeing operational visibility, SLA compliance, and clear communication with customers. Key Responsibilities * Daily follow\-up of warehousing operations for multiple clients. * Coordinate inbound, outbound, cross\-dock, and inventory activities. * Act as the operational point of contact for warehousing clients. * Coordinate with multiple warehouse providers and logistics partners. * Monitor SLA compliance and operational performance. * Register, follow up, and close operational incidents. * Maintain accurate operational data in the ERP system. * Support reporting and KPI tracking for warehousing operations. Out of Scope * Commercial negotiations or pricing. * Billing or collections. * Direct management of warehouse staff. Requirements * 2–4 years of experience in warehousing, logistics operations, or 3PL environments. * Experience coordinating third\-party providers. * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills. * Good Excel and ERP system management. * English is a MUST.
