




DESCRIPTION Provide first- and second-level technical and operational support for the **Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)** platform, ensuring operational continuity, correct execution of integrations, and data quality. The role aims to resolve incidents, monitor processes, perform basic adjustments to integrations, and collaborate on optimizing data flows in cloud environments. REQUIREMENTS ### **Ideal Experience Profile** * 2–3 years of experience in **ETL support, data integration, or integration platforms**. * Technical background focused on operations, support, and functional/technical adjustments—**not advanced development**. * Experience interacting with both technical and non-technical users. ### **Essential Knowledge** * **Informatica Cloud (IICS)** * Operational use of the platform, navigation, basic configuration, and resolution of common errors. * **Data Integration (ETL)** * Creation and support of tasks, connections, and ETL workflows. * Handling of structured and unstructured data. * **Application Integration** * Basic understanding of process orchestration, real-time integration, and API consumption (REST / SOAP). * **Monitoring in IICS** * Use of Monitor Hub to review jobs, logs, metrics, and alerts. * **Basic Administration of IICS** * Management of secure agents, runtime environments, scheduling, and troubleshooting of connections. * **Mapping Development** * Basic transformations (filter, joiner, aggregator) and debugging. * **Basic Data Handling** * Data profiling, cleansing, validations, and simple SQL queries. * **Basic–Intermediate SQL** * Queries for data validation and analysis. * **Intermediate Technical English** * Reading documentation and handling tickets or technical guides.
