Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Field Technical Support professional to diagnose and resolve technical issues, replace parts, and manage incidents for clients in Toluca. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in technical support, telecommunications, or systems 2. Maintenance and repair of computer equipment and printers 3. Ongoing training as a Field Engineer Compusof Mexico We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in Toluca. Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Network Switches.* Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by the client. Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical fault requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
