Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and accounting for warehouse transactions, coordinating inventories, and verifying materials to maintain order and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises and accounts for daily warehouse transactions 2. Coordinates and executes cyclic physical inventories 3. Verifies incoming materials and maintains warehouse order * At the end of each day, verify that all transactions (inbound and outbound movements) in the system have been fully accounted for, both for your warehouse and for the assigned warehouse under your supervision and follow-up. * Coordinate and execute 100% of random cyclic physical inventories. * Verify that the characteristics of materials, spare parts, equipment, and/or supplies entering the warehouse match the requisition issued. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Comply with the organization’s comprehensive safety standards and procedures. * Safeguard all goods stored in the warehouse
