Identify growth opportunities and take a permanent leadership role **Descripción Oferta** ---------------------- At El Puerto de Liverpool, we are looking for "the best of the best" to join our Senior Commercial Development Program. This is a high\-exposure strategic position designed for professionals who aim to lead the retail industry. As part of our Senior Commercial Development Program, you will undergo a 6\-month rotation across our core business units (Store Operations, Stockline, and Hardline) to master the "Liverpool Business Model." Your mission is to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and point\-of\-sale execution, identifying growth opportunities and preparing to take a permanent leadership role within our Commercial Direction. Key Responsibilities: * Business Intelligence: Analyze sales data, market trends, and inventory turnover to provide actionable insights for various categories (Fashion, Home, Multimedia, etc.). * Strategic Rotation: Collaborate with Sub\-Directors and senior buyers to understand the end\-to\-end commercial cycle, from global sourcing to local sales floor performance. * Operational Excellence: Spent time in\-store to understand the customer journey and ensure that corporate strategies translate into a premium shopping experience. * Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross\-functional teams (Logistics, Marketing, and Finance) to align commercial goals with company\-wide KPIs.
